Has it been tested?
Yes. Crystal Drop’s filter media (activated carbon) is NSF-certified and tested for chlorine reduction and water safety.
We’re also undergoing further third-party testing to continue improving performance and transparency.
How long does it take to install?
Less than 2 minutes with no tools required (everything is included). Most customers are set up and sipping filtered water within minutes.
Will it fit my tap?
Crystal Drop fits 98% of standard round-aerator taps and includes a range of adapters and tools for easy DIY setup.🚫 It will not fit square taps, pull-out hoses, sensor faucets, or hand-held sprayer taps.Still unsure? Just send us a photo of your tap and we’ll help you out — and even send a custom adapter if needed, free of charge.
How does it work?
Crystal Drop uses a multi-stage filtration system combining
Physical filtration (removes rust, sediment & micro-particles)
Activated carbon adsorption (removes chlorine, odors, heavy metals & VOCs)

What is the flow rate?
Crystal Drop is designed to balance fast water flow with effective filtration. The average flow rate is 0.5–0.7 gallons per minute, depending on water pressure.
How ofter should I replace the filter?
We recommend replacing your Crystal Drop filter cartridge every 3 months for optimal performance. Thanks to our high-quality materials, Crystal Drop filters are long-lasting, meaning less frequent changes and more savings for you.
