Crystal Drop – Returns & Refunds

At Crystal Drop, we stand by the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident with their purchase. If something isn’t right, our returns process is straightforward and stress-free.


How to Arrange a Return

Email us at hello@crystaldrop.com.au with your name and order number. We’ll walk you through the steps and provide instructions for sending the product back.


Our Policy at a Glance

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

  • Processing Time: Most refunds are issued within 5–7 business days, though banks may take a little longer to clear the funds.

  • Tap Fit Guarantee: If your Crystal Drop doesn’t fit your tap, you’ll receive a full refund with no extra fees, provided you measured your tap before purchasing.


Important Notes

  • Filter Cartridges: For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cartridges can’t be returned unless there’s a fault.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if it arrives broken, faulty, or not what you ordered.

  • Condition of Returns: Products must include all parts and be returned in their original condition.

  • Misuse: Items damaged by incorrect use, neglect, or modification may not qualify for a refund or replacement.


International Orders

  • Customers outside Australia cover the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return gets back to us safely.


Additional Information

  • Transit Damage: If your order was damaged during delivery, let us know within 14 days so we can sort it out quickly.

  • Warranty: All Crystal Drop filters include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, we’ll repair or replace it.

  • Final Sales: Orders that have already been replaced, partially refunded, or reshipped are not eligible for additional return claims.
